In episode 158 of the Defy Life Podcast, we talked about the recent changes to the NFL’s Rooney Rule, as well as some tabled adjustments.

To a man, Al, Thomas and I agreed that incentives to organizations that take action in grooming and hiring coaches and executives of color. We also think the league is being proactive in this case, by making necessary changes before the bomb detonates.
