Yes, that’s “girlfriends”… with an ‘S”. Bell was robbed for over $500,000 in jewelry, allegedly taken from his South Florida home by two women.
South Florida police are investigating a possible crime that occurred at Le’Veon Bell’s house last month.
Authorities advised the Associated Press that two people known to Bell stole over $500,000 in jewelry from his home on May 25, while Bell was at the gym. Per a police report from the alleged incident, there were two women involved with the theft — both identified as Bell’s “girlfriends.”
Bell stated to police that after he made it back from the his workout, he noticed that the women were gone and that pieces of his jewelry were missing. According to Bell’s statement, the women ran off with approximately $520,000 worth of his jewelry, including a Black Panther pendant, two gold chains, and a Rolex watch. The gold chains and the pendant each had several diamonds.
