Ja Rule is taking heat on social media after problems with his halftime show during Saturday’s Minnesota Timberwolves vs Milwaukee Bucks game.
Videos posted online show Ja experienced sound issues at the start of the performance. At one point he is heard saying, “Are we ready?” then stated, “I guess not,” before his music eventually started.
Apparently, the players had no interest in the show either. Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo started shooting warm-up shots while Ja was still on the mic.
The former Murder Inc star then explained the situation to critics on Twitter, saying his sound “didn’t come on when it was supposed to” but he “rocked.” When the Timberwolves’ official Twitter account mocked Ja, he fired back by placing an aparrent curse on the franchise:
Ja Rule has been the subject of venom for his co-leading role in the failed and controversial Fyre Festival in the Bahamas. He recently said to TMZ that he has plans to create yet another music festival.
We’ll see how that goes…
HAHAHAHA. Bombed hard!!!!
