Rich Piana known for his hulking physical physique collapsed at his home while his girlfriend was giving him a haircut.

The 46 year old former Mr. California hit his head as he fell and is currently in a medically induced coma.  Piana admittedly has battled addiction in the past. Paramedics found crushed up white powder on a table along with a credit card and straw at the scene. They also found 20 bottles of steroids in his home. His girlfriend Chanel-Renee’Jansen admitted to responders that Piana had been “juicing” or using steroids for more than 20 years

Jansen had this message for all of the fans, ” I just want to be clear [Piana] is STILL ALIVE, All myself and his family are asking for is POSITIVE thoughts, prayers, and love.”
