Keyshawn Johnson, former year NFL receiver, yanked his son from playing football at Nebraska after being caught with marijuana in his dorm, His son was supposed to start his college career as a wide receiver at Nebraska this fall but now will be taking a leave of absence until he matures.
“One thing you will not do as my son is you will not embarrass Nebraska, you will not embarrass Mike Riley, and you will not embarrass this family,” Johnson recently told the Omaha World-Herald.
Keyshawn Jr. will stay home at least six months before potentially going back to Nebraska.
That’s what’s up! Make ‘em earn it.
Keyshawn Sr. didn’t even include his son in the decision. Say word!
Make ‘em earn it.
I love a parent that holds their children accountable.
Keyshawn Sr. knows what it takes to play. At Nebraska, the NFL, or life – it is all about choices.
I applaud a parent trying to instill that choices need to demonstrate your values.
Hopefully, Keyshawn Jr. will get his head right and get another chance to play.
